Broadview Farm House

This double sized lot with an old farm house has completed phase 2 of the full lot design. Too many things to list are being improved in this design. To start, a circular driveway was removed to reclaim garden space, raised masonry planters were built to help a client with intermittent back problems garden again, a fence was replaced and moved to make way for a composite deck that greatly improved the flow, a large patio added entertaining space along with the deck, grass areas were greatly reduced for more gardening and less mowing, paver paths were added for clean shoes when circulating thru the space, young plants are just beginning to grow.
